Agnès Dewe, who has managed the 20-hectare family estate predominantly in Mercurey for twenty years, follows two basic principles to ensure enduring quality: respect for the Terroir in the way she works the land, with environmentally friendly soil enrichment, and a low-intervention vinification process which respects the grapes.
Her objective is to produce wines which are pure in flavour and delicate where the grape tannins are concerned.
