The small house is independent. Completely redecorated at the end of 2022, it allows you to fully enjoy your stay in Burgundy.
A 50 m² living space widely opened on the large private terrace, partly covered, offers you a living room with flat screen television, satellite, free and unlimited WIFI access. A comfortable sofa can be used as a bed.
The long dining room table can accommodate your family meals but most of the time you will have them on the covered terrace enjoying the view.
The fully equipped kitchen (fridge, cold compartment, dishwasher, hob, oven, small appliances, nice crockery and kitchen utensils) is there to simmer your meals.
On the same level, the shower room with its washbasin, shower, WC and washing machine completes this large space, which is heated in winter by the floor.
A 25 m² mezzanine is furnished with a double bed, a single bed and a chest of drawers. Hotel quality linen is provided.
Outside, parking for your vehicle is free and easy. A large garden, full of flowers, allows children to play (trampoline, swing), to swim in the secure swimming pool, to enjoy the view. A BBQ is also available.
The owner, on site but discreet, answers your questions and facilitates your stay.
The accommodation is clean, non-smoking and pets are not allowed (except for guide dogs).
A reinforced socket for recharging your electric vehicle is available at an additional cost.
