In this small and quiet hamlet, between vineyards, castles and pastures, our gîte has all the assets for an ideal break on your holiday route between Beaune and Chalon-sur-Saône.
However, the establishment remains close to the major towns (Beaune, Autun, Le Creusot Montchanin and Chalon-sur-Saône) and at the gateway to the Morvan (Mont Beuvray, Vézelay, Lac des Settons).

This 55 m² gîte has been awarded the Gîtes de France 3 épis label and comprises: 1 hallway, 2 separate bedrooms (each with a king size bed 160×200), 1 extra bed 80×190. Bathroom with storage unit and built-in washbasin, walk-in shower, shower gel dispenser, towel warmer, hair dryer. Separate WC. It has a private terrace.
Large living room with fully equipped kitchen allowing you to prepare your own meals (filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, crockery and kitchen utensils, refrigerator, dishwasher, hotplates and oven, microwave, cleaning products available), table and chairs, flat screen TV with Canal Satellite, small sheltered terrace, washing machine available for stays of one week Beds are made up on arrival and a shower towel per person is provided. Basket meal on request. Possibility of table d'hôte.

The gîte is non-smoking.

Ideally located in a quiet and relaxing environment, it is fitted out, on one level, in an outbuilding of the main house, entirely renovated in 2013, the gîte "Sylvie" offers you two separate, spacious and refined rooms for a stay between vineyards and pastures.
The vast garden of more than one hectare, freely accessible, will offer you a space of calm and relaxation. You will be able to see the henhouse and 3 llamas (Jarod, Lima and Lune).

We live on the spot and will be at your disposal to make your stay a break "out of time".
