The big wine event in Chalon! The 2025 edition of the festival will see the wines of the Côte Chalonnaise (with five village appellations - Bouzeron, Givry, Mercurey, Montagny, Rully - and two regional appellations - Bourgogne Côte Chalonnaise and Crémant de Bourgogne) flowing from the tap. In a joyous and popular atmosphere, these Paulée festivities will offer visitors a veritable epicurean marathon over three days, combining discoveries through tastings and traditions with a parade of winegrowers' brotherhoods, religious services, concerts and entertainment.
