Writer Bernard Werber (author of Les Fourmis, Les Thanatonautes and La Prophétie des Abeilles, among other works), accompanied on the harp by Vanessa Francoeur, offers five guided meditations to help you get to know yourself better, remember who you have been and discover who you are going to become.
