The wheelchairs are pushed by one or more runners on foot or towed by a bicycle on roads or rolling paths. The euphoria and sense of freedom associated with the feeling of speed that such an activity brings goes far beyond leisure. It's a source of well-being and a perfect complement to 'classic' therapeutic treatments.
