Les Gamins de Paris | Musical comedy The Maîtrise Chalonnaise Saint-Charles invites you to an evening full of charm and emotion with its musical comedy Les Gamins de Paris, on Thursday 18 June at 8pm, Salle Marcel Sembat in Chalon-sur-Saône. Through song, poetry and tap dance, young and old alike will rediscover Paris and its famous titis parisiens, emblematic figures of pre-war working-class Paris. To the sound of the accordion and barrel organ, French chanson comes alive on stage, carried by the voices of the children's choir. A moving nod to history, echoing 18 June, for a musical moment as joyous as it is moving. Under the direction of choirmasters Blanche Jouannic and Aulde De Brion, with Edyth Pluyaut-PetitJean on piano and stage direction, Maéva Pinel-Pluyaut on text, Rodolphe Martin and Anne Heyliette David on dance, and Patrick Bullier on accordion.
