FAQ
  • Opening hours

On show or concert days, the outside doors are generally opened 1 to 1.5 hours before the start of the event, in consultation with the event organizer and the venue’s technical manager. This time may be extended to 2 hours for large-scale events. In accordance with Vigipirate directives, security checks are systematically carried out at the entrance to the site.

To ensure optimum comfort, we advise you to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the event. In all cases, seat numbers are no longer guaranteed 10 minutes before the start of the show, to ensure that schedules are respected.

Show times are set by the organizers and are available on the event page of our website.

  • Children's access

    Shows & concerts

Generally speaking, anyone with a ticket can enter the auditorium. However, children under the age of 2 are strongly discouraged from entering the auditorium, even if accompanied, for reasons relating in particular to the high volume of sound. Access for children under 2 years of age will only be possible after a waiver has been signed by a legal guardian.

We reserve the right to refuse access to minors under 16 who are not accompanied by an adult and do not have parental consent.

Some shows may not be recommended for children. In such cases, information is provided in the show description.

Children of all ages must have a ticket to enter the theater.

    Lounges

As with shows, children must be accompanied in the lounges. The organizer is responsible for their access and the price they will be charged.

Certain events may not be recommended for children.

  • Stroller access

During shows, strollers are not allowed in the auditorium; you’ll have to leave them in your vehicle or in the hall (unsupervised).

At trade shows, strollers are generally accepted, but circulation in the aisles may be complicated depending on the number of visitors.

  • Opening hours before shows

    GIFTS FOR ARTISTS

You may bring mail and gifts for the artists, but you may not deliver them in person. These must be left at the reception desk to be passed on to the artists at the end of the performances. These items must be checked by security beforehand.

ATTENDING A CONCERT? IS IT DANGEROUS FOR YOUR HEARING?

The site’s acoustics are of the highest quality, professionally tested to exacting standards, so there’s no reason for your hearing to be impaired.

In fact, sound management is handled by the production team organizing each concert. Sound intensity and speaker placement in the concert hall are managed exclusively by the engineers and technicians of this touring production. The consoles located in the control room belong to them, and are programmed by them according to precise technical criteria, depending on the venue’s capacity and technical characteristics. So rest assured!

Earplugs can be obtained free of charge from the reception desk, and headphones can be loaned on request against a deposit, especially for younger children.
