Built between the 11th and 19th centuries in eight successive phases, Saint-Vincent cathedral has been closed to the public from March 2024 to October 2025 for a vast restoration project, under the direction of Frédéric Didier, Chief Architect of Monuments Historiques, and his agency 2BDM.
Following on from the nave, transept and choir, the sacristy, chapter house and chapels will now be the focus of work until 2027.
