Mini yoga workshop over 3 half-days, from 9am to 11am, for 7-11 year-olds: child-friendly yoga practice, story time, creative workshop.
Designed for 7-11 year-olds, these mini-yoga classes take place over 3 half-days, from 9am to 11am. Each half-day consists of :
- A yoga practice adapted to children, combining postures, breathing and games
- A simple and accessible story or philosophy session
- A creative workshop linked to the theme
- A moment shared over a drink to finish gently
Each course is organised around a theme.
- Winter holiday course (10-12 February 2026) : Mountains, Winter and Explorations
A short journey to the heart of the mountains and winter, with breath games, postures that imitate animals and landscapes, and relaxation time. Children will also have the opportunity to give free rein to their creativity by making snow-covered landscape cards or small winter crafts.
- Spring holiday course (7-9 April 2026) : Nature in Spring
To celebrate renewal, springtime and the gentleness that comes with it, this course invites participants to connect with nature through gentle yoga sequences, inspiring storytelling and creative workshops in drawing, floral mandalas and body theatre. The idea is to open up a space where children can explore their sensations, their breath and express their creativity.
These mini-workshops for children are offered by the Hatha Yoga Club, a not-for-profit association, and led by Justine Barron, a qualified yoga teacher.
