Founded in 1529 on the island of Saint-Laurent, the Chalon hospital is home to a former pharmacy with a fine collection of 18th- and 19th-century jars and numerous drawers; the sisters' community in the 16th-century building, the pewter room and the sisters' refectory built in the 18th century, and the 19th-century chapel.
