From the village center, set off through the old streets and golden stone buildings. You will ride along the vineyards towards Saint-Désert, a charming wine village surrounded by hillsides, then reach Rosey, a small, quiet village with open views of the plain and hills. The route then takes you to Granges, in the heart of the Burgundy region. Throughout the route, lovers of rural heritage will appreciate the presence of cadoles, these dry stone winegrowers' shelters typical of the region, silent witnesses to the work of the vineyard. The return journey is peaceful along the Voie Verte, a former railway line converted into a cycle path, lined with vineyards and hedgerows. The route descends gently towards Givry, offering a bird's eye view of the village's rooftops and the rows of vines surrounding it.
