Nestling on the edge of 3.5 hectares of leafy parkland, this 130 m² house has a 250 m² enclosed garden. It combines urban accessibility, just 2 km from the town centre, with the convenience of being 1 km from the motorway, while being close to the Carnot barracks and the Verralia and Seva factories. This gîte is ideal for family events, getaways, business trips, holidays or just a break from travelling. It sleeps up to 12 people and has friendly spaces and modern facilities, including 5 bedrooms with storage, 3 of which have king-size beds. Towels and bed linen are provided. Entrance is independent and easy thanks to a code-operated key box. Four parking spaces are available in front of the property, with further free parking options nearby. Numerous shops open on Sundays are just 50 metres away.
