You will enter into a lovely, light-filled living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a large table for lively meals. The French window at the back leads out onto a terrace with an idyllic view over the RULLY vineyards, allowing you to contemplate the sunset in fine weather while sipping one of our wonderful Burgundy wines. From this main room, you can also access the bathroom with toilet.

Then there is a sitting room with a very comfortable sofa bed, a television, a few books and board games for fun evenings. There is a second terrace at the front of the house, perfect for sunny breakfasts.

Off this lounge is the first bedroom, with a double bed and a wardrobe to make yourself comfortable.

On the 1st floor, a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a small desk and a mirror. Watch your head at the top of the stairs as you will find yourself on a small sloping area. From this room, a small door takes you to an outside landing where you can hang your washing on the drying rack and access the laundry room, which has a washing machine, broom, mop and hoover. The terrace at the back of the house can be reached via the staircase.

As well as this incredible view over the vineyards, there's another surprise in store for you: a beautiful vaulted stone cellar! Ideal for tasting your purchases from the neighbouring cellars. Unforgettable evenings for your aperitifs.
