We are a small structure with prestigious appellations located in Côte de Beaune, from Pommard/Volnay to Ladoix-Serrigny via Aloxe-Corton. We have been running the vineyard in High Environmental Value since 2017, we have just obtained the level 3 certification (the highest) that we consider more adapted to the vines than the biodynamic method we used to practice before. The wines are matured in oak barrels for an average of 18 months, and the entire harvest is bottled.
