The Château de Garnerot dates back to the 18th century and is an iconic location in Mercurey and on the Côte Chalonnaise. This recently created estate
The 18th-century Château de Garnerot was a focal point on the Côte Chalonnaise and for the town of Mercurey. It is now a new wine estate, managed by Alexia Russo and Caroline Fyot. The estate is currently undergoing conversion to organic farming, and produces appellations from the Côte de Beaune and Côte Chalonnaise. The Château also offers activities including themed tastings and immersive experiences during harvesting and vinification, to find out more about how grapes are grown and wine is made.
