The production of the 20 hectares of vines is optimised in the ancestral premises, with all the know-how handed down from generation to generation.
Today, the estate combines the vines of the MANIGLEY estate and those of the CHAUCHOUX estate, and is a signatory to the Vignerons Indépendants charter. This commitment guarantees its authenticity: the winegrower makes his own wine, vinifying and ageing it with care.
Total production in a normal year is 130,000 bottles, 65% red and 35% white.
