Big Band de Poche - Jazz Department, CRR du Grand Chalon
The "Big Band de Poche" meets every year to play original arrangements specially written by students on the CRR's arranging course. This orchestral session is a unique opportunity for students to carry out a writing project from start to finish. It's a full-scale adventure, from a blank page to a concert with a large instrumental ensemble. This year, the Big Band de Poche worked on themes by the great French melodist Michel Legrand.
