The Fontaines commune, in the presence of the Flowering Committee and the Environment Committee, is organising the 4th edition of its Plant Swap on Saturday 2 May 2026 from 9am to 1pm in the heart of the Baron de Sainte-Suzanne park, 15 Grande Rue (71150).
The Grand Chalon master composter will be on hand to give talks, and there will be a snack bar on site. The morning will be devoted to the theme of giving, free gifts and eco-citizen practices, in a friendly atmosphere for all those who love the flowers and plants in our gardens.
This will be an opportunity for everyone to:
- exchange indoor or outdoor plants, vegetables, seeds, seedlings, cuttings, etc....
- meet other keen gardeners,
- take home new plants free of charge,
- share knowledge and gardening experiences,
- discover unknown or forgotten plants,
- find plants you can't find on the market.
We look forward to seeing many of you there, and if you are interested in taking part as a private exhibitor, a dedicated space can be reserved for you free of charge (marquee, benches and tables provided), by registering at accueil.mairie@fontainesenbourgogne.com or by calling the Town Hall on 03.85.45.87.50.
