Qualité Tourisme™ is the only state mark awarded to tourism professionals for the quality of their welcome and services.
Qualité Tourisme™ accompanies you throughout your stay: accommodation, restaurants, places to visit, sports and leisure activities, tourist offices, seasonal rental agencies… you can choose in complete confidence establishments that provide you with a quality welcome and services.

City of Art and History
This is a label awarded by the French Ministry of Culture to communes or countries in France that are committed to a policy of promoting and enhancing their built, natural, industrial and architectural heritage.
The main aims and objectives of this label are as follows:
The implementation of actions for the knowledge, conservation, protection and promotion of architecture, heritage and landscape.
To make the “Ville ou Pays d’art et d’histoire” project an integral part of local public policy.
Raising public awareness of architecture, heritage and landscape, and encouraging quality tourism.
Raising residents’ awareness of their living environment

Tourism and disability
Since October 2011, the Tourist Office has been awarded the Tourism and Handicap label.
Facilities in place at the Chalon sur Saône tourist office:
Motor disability: Inclined access plan and handrail to reach the showroom, toilets accessible to people with reduced mobility (NB: these are not public toilets, but we provide access), easy path between displays and up to the reception counter, reception desk with low section for people in wheelchairs or of short stature.
Visually impaired: signage in Braille and large print available to the public, contrasting color (blue) adhesive strip on the glass and electric entrance door, rough strip to delimit the inclined plane and handrail for access to the showroom.
Hearing impaired: Magnetic loop (sound amplifier)
Mental disability: Signage with pictogram on displays

Accueil Vélo is a national label guaranteeing a high-quality welcome and services along cycle routes for touring cyclists.
An “Accueil Vélo” establishment can be :

Vineyards and discoveries
Created in 2009, the Vignobles & Découvertes label is awarded to a wine tourism destination offering a wide range of complementary tourist products (accommodation, restaurants, cellar tours and tastings, museums, events, etc.).
Its aim is to promote quality tourist services.
Thanks to this label, you can easily plan your stay and identify quality services.
The Côte Chalonnaise has held the “Vignobles & Découvertes” label since 2013. It offers a complete range of stays linked to vineyards and wine.

Towns and villages in bloom
Since October 2018, the City of Chalon sur Saône has been awarded its 4th flower, rewarding the efforts made on a range of criteria thanks to the investment of the local authority and its residents.
The Villes et Villages Fleuris label rewards actions coordinated by local authorities to develop an environment conducive to the quality of life of residents and to welcoming tourists. The label guarantees the quality of the approach and enhances the status of the communes that receive it. The Villes et Villages Fleuris label is awarded on the basis of a series of criteria defined by the CNVVF (Conseil national des villes et villages fleuris):
– Motivation for obtaining the label.
– The overall approach to enhancing the community through plants and flowers.
– Initiatives to promote the label to the general public, tourists and other interested parties.
– Presentation of the plant and flower heritage.
– The management methods implemented to maintain this heritage while respecting natural resources and biodiversity.
– Complementary actions implemented to enhance the quality of public spaces (furniture, roads, facades, signs, cleanliness, etc.).
– The coherence of landscaping and its management in different parts of the town.
