FAQ
  • On-site box office

    Shows & concerts :

Most of the time, tickets are available on the evening of the show. However, only certain categories are available on the day. If the event is listed as “sold out” in the ticketing networks, no box office will be open on the day of the show.

On the other hand, there is no permanent box office on the premises of A Chalon Spectacles: so you’ll need to buy your tickets at the usual points of sale, in stores or on the Internet.

  • Withdraw a ticket

The ebillet or print-at-home ticket is a dematerialized pass that you print at home.

E-tickets are sent by e-mail or can be accessed from your customer account.

The e-ticket must be printed on a blank white A4 sheet, front and back, in color or black and white.

The print must be of good quality on one side of A4 paper. Partially printed, damaged or illegible tickets will be considered invalid.

You can also present your smartphone at the entrance to the venue.

The barcode on the e-ticket is unique and will be scanned at the venue entrance. It must therefore be perfectly legible.

Only the first person to present the e-ticket will be admitted to the hall. It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, duplicate or counterfeit this ticket in any way whatsoever, and no claim can be made in the event of illegal reproduction, even without your knowledge.

At the time of check-in, you must be able to show an official, valid photo ID.

  • Ticket transfer

You will then be asked to provide a copy of the ticket buyer’s ID.

  • Lost or stolen tickets

If you have lost your ticket, or if it has been stolen, please contact the customer service department of the network from which you made your purchase to report your problem.

  • Damaged ticket

Information such as the name and date of the show, as well as the barcode, must be perfectly legible. The counterfoil and ticket must be linked for your ticket to be valid.

If your ticket is damaged, please contact the customer service department of the network you purchased it from to report the problem.

  • Ticket resale website

We advise you to avoid resale sites and always use official sales networks approved by the venue and event organizer. In the event of a problem with a ticket purchased on a resale site, we cannot offer you any solution.

  • Children's tickets

All individuals must be in possession of a ticket. There are sometimes special rates for children, but generally no free admission for children of any age (except for certain shows).

  • Who sets ticket prices

Each ticket price is set by the organizer of the event (show, concert, exhibition) or the show producer.

Similarly, it is the organizer who puts the tickets on sale, through the ticketing distributors of his choice.

A Chalon Spectacles has no power of decision over the pricing and commercial policy of events hosted in its spaces.

Certain shows may be eligible for discounts: works councils, children under 12, etc., but this is not systematic and the number of seats is always limited. Where applicable, information on reduced rates is given in the event description.

  • Reduced rates for students and the unemployed

Some producers offer reduced rates, but this depends on the show.

Prices are mentioned in the event presentation.

Company committee offers

Some producers offer special rates for groups and CSEs, but this depends on the show. Don’t hesitate to contact us for specific offers for CSEs.
