MAY I BRING A FLAG, A BANNER… ?
No. Any item that could pose a risk to public safety, or interfere with public or artist visibility, may be confiscated at the entrance to the venue.
SITE VISIT
A Chalon Spectacles does not organize tours. Only people with a ticket for an event can access the spaces.
GIFTS FOR ARTISTS
You may bring mail and gifts for the artists, but you may not deliver them in person. These must be left at the reception desk to be passed on to the artists at the end of the performances. These items must be checked by security beforehand.
ATTENDING A CONCERT? IS IT DANGEROUS FOR YOUR HEARING?
The site’s acoustics are of the highest quality, professionally tested to exacting standards, so there’s no reason for your hearing to be impaired.
In fact, sound management is handled by the production team organizing each concert. Sound intensity and speaker placement in the concert hall are managed exclusively by the engineers and technicians of this touring production. The consoles located in the control room belong to them, and are programmed by them according to precise technical criteria, depending on the venue’s capacity and technical characteristics. So rest assured!
Earplugs can be obtained free of charge from the reception desk, and headphones can be loaned on request against a deposit, especially for younger children.

EVENT TIMES
Event start and end times vary, but in most cases they end before midnight.
INTERMISSION AND OPENING ACT
There is not necessarily an intermission or opening act at shows and concerts, and we strongly encourage you to arrive at the venue no later than 30 minutes before the time indicated on your ticket. Seats are no longer guaranteed 10 minutes before the start of the performance.
IN CASE OF DELAY
Entrance to the hall once the show has started is subject to restrictions, so as not to disturb the artists and the audience already in the hall; your placement can no longer be guaranteed.
Once the show has started, access to the hall is no longer possible and the entrance to Le Spot is closed.
