Since 1770, our family has been cultivating the art of winegrowing in Burgundy, in the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise, producing great wines on the heights of Mercurey. Established in the hamlet of "Touches", above the church of Saint-Symphorien, we have chosen to extend our vineyard on the unique terroir of Mercurey, to which we are deeply attached. In 1997, Manu Bautista took over from his father-in-law, Jacques Tupinier. Today, Manu and his nephews Anthony and Romain passionately manage our 12-hectare vineyard. In 2016, the estate was modernised with a new vat room, a new cellar and a tasting room with a view over the village of Mercurey.
