The scenery then opens up to the first vineyards, with a gentle climb to Rully, famous for its château and appellation wines. The tour then takes you to Mercurey, the renowned capital of Côte Chalonnaise red wines. A tasting break at a local winery is highly recommended to discover the flavors of the terroir.
