Dear Pola

DEAR POLA Dear Pola is the project of Mary, a singer-songwriter and poet from the Drôme region. Blending stripped-back folk with modern melancholy, she explores memory, connections and the difficulty of putting things into words. Self-taught, she has developed a rich and organic guitar style featuring picking and open tunings, which interacts with her lyrics and conveys emotions beyond words. Following her debut EP *Ma Part du Ciel* (2023), Dear Pola is preparing to release her first album in October 2026. Her songs, written in English, offer an emotional and sensory experience: a space where fragility and strength come together. On stage, alone with her guitar, she delivers an intimate and embodied folk sound, where each track unfolds like a living poem, with raw sincerity and a deeply personal touch.
