"I've been waiting for months, imagining things, saying to myself "This is what I'd like to say to them, to share with them". And then suddenly you're there, and the show begins...
There are evenings like that when you say to yourself how lucky you are, when you wouldn't give up your seat for anything in the world, evenings when the music overflows from the piano and the words come tumbling out. I love these shared moments, which are the raison d'être of writing.
Where else would I find the courage to put myself out there in the open, if it weren't for your answers on the other end of my guitar, echoing my voice?
