Get out your gomina, your favourite psychedelic shirt and your most assertive rocker look, because Burgundy Party are back at last this year, offering you a plunge into the vast universe of timeless, unclassifiable rock made in Burgundy. An evening in the shape of a Molotov cocktail, plunging you into the energetic vintage sounds of Mooritz's guitars and brass. There's also a trip north to Europe with the Berlin-influenced electro sounds of Pete Sputnik, who will be unveiling his new album. And guests, of course, but we'll keep that a surprise. And when you say rock'n'burgundy, you of course mean the ever-popular Turbodancing, who are already cooking up the kind of dance-floor extravaganza that only they can...

    |QUEEN ELVIS|

A deep, warm voice, sober arrangements and a playlist of carefully chosen covers make Queen Elvis' set a moment of black and blue emotion, with a handful of songs about wide open spaces and little people, loneliness on the road to fame, and trains whistling across the plain, carrying love and hope forever and nowhere in the starry night. Oh Yeah!

    |ZEBRA POMPADOUR|

Zebra Pompadour is an explosive mix of rockabilly, surf music, country music and rhythm & blues, following in the footsteps of Elvis Presley, or rather his female counterpart: Janis Martin, the 'female' Elvis. By revisiting the forgotten repertoire of the women who tried to break into the male-dominated world of rock'n'roll music in the 50s, the band offers us a contemporary, pluralist vision of a musical genre that sometimes seems outdated and backward-looking.

    |THE MOORITZ

La planète MOOritzienne is first and foremost the sound of guitars where distortion and crunch give the good taste of life. It's also a sax that cries and laughs, leading a singer with a deep, rich voice. Finally, it's a world apart, where words are created from scratch for the sheer joy of their melodic and rhythmic rendering. Initially labelled 'Ska-punk', mOOritz have gradually expanded their repertoire until it's hard to categorise them: the tracks go from hard rock to hardcore, take a reggae trip before returning to a soaring ambience with offbeat compositions a la Mr Bungle. They're no longer a band 'to watch', but a benchmark on the musical landscape... The revolution is coming soon!

    |PETE SPUTNIK|

A key figure on the Chalon underground scene, best remembered for his career with cosmoNAutes, Pete Sputnik is back solo with a mature new album. While the pre-recorded loops still allow him to develop an endlessly rich harmonic and rhythmic universe, we also discover him on much more intimate songs, led by his incomparable voice and a guitar, in all simplicity.
